We like to make friends around the world. That's why we spend months of every year with coffee growers in East Africa, coffee millers in Latin America, and coffee drinkers in California. It's our pleasure to find beautiful coffees, hand-roast them in our vintage steel roaster, and offer them to you.

SHARE THE LOAVES

JBB started out in Josey's Mission apartment back in the summer of April 2010, but look how we've grown since then. Now we're a team of 10 people, and we bake about 350 loaves/day, 7 days/week, not to mention all of the yummy pastries you'll find in the case at The Mill.

we use our mill (the piece of equipment and namesake of the space) to grind all of our whole grain flour every day, and use the same sourdough starter that Josey got from his friend George's gramma. we hope you love eating the bread as much as we love making it, because we love baking bread almost as much as we love you.

 EVERY EVENING 6-9PM PIZZA + SALAD  Every night we bake as much pizza as we can for all y'all... come on out and see what all the fuss is about. The first pizza's out of the oven by 6pm and we keep 'em coming till 9pm.  here's what we have coming out of the oven  CLASSIC CHEESE -or- SEASONAL VEGETABLE:  9.17-9.23 Sweet Peppers, Lemon Ricotta, Arugula  9.24-9.30 Summer Squash, Polenta, Chimichurri    whole pies can be made vegan upon request -- please allow 20 minutes  WHOLE PIE $26 - SLICE $3.50 - SEASONAL SALAD $7 - GARLIC KNOT W/ SAUCE $3  CINNAMON SUGAR STICKS W/ WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE FROSTING $4   please note  the above list is our plan, but it is possible that there will be unannounced changes to said plan based on market availability, thereby leading you to get a *surprise* topping. we will try our best, but can't give you a 100% guarantee. but surprises are fun, right? ;) We will not serve pizza the first Monday of every month for our staff meeting.
